A valid credit card is required to book all appointments. Deposit will go towards service. A non-refundable 50% cancellation fee will be applied if you do not cancel at least 24 hours prior to your service. No-shows will result in a 100% cancellation fee. Arriving more than 10 minutes late and failure to communicate via text or call will result in a $10 late fee. Multiple cancellations and no-shows will result in being banned from booking future appointments with Brianna.
